I’m a terminal-lover guy. I love terminal too much. Today, I’ll introduce you some of my favourite TUI apps in this text.
browsh
A Firefox-based web browser for your terminal. I know, it’s crazy.
btop
Task manager for your terminal. It has a beautiful interface and it’s very useful.
fzf
Fuzzy-finder for your terminal. It helps you to find files, directories, and even commands in your terminal.
lazygit
I know, git sometimes can be confusing. Should I push, which files? It’s really good but complicated at the same time. That’s why we have lazygit. You can add, commit, push and stash your files.
neovim
IDE for your terminal. It’s really bad at vanilla but if you configure it, it’s really good. You can do everything in it. It’s just a IDE for your terminal.
helix
If you can’t configure neovim, then use helix. helix is a modern text editor for your terminal. It’s really good and it’s really easy to use.
tmux
Terminal multiplexer. It allows you to split your terminal into multiple panes and windows. You can even copy a text without leaving your keyboard. Crazy, right?
lqp
Query JSON files without leaving your terminal.
posting
Posting is Postman for your terminal. It can do simple things Postman do.
bat
Cat (command) but with syntax highlighting and git integration. It’s really good for reading code in your terminal.
yazi
File manager for your terminal. It has a beautiful interface and it’s really easy to use.
lazydocker
You can manage your docker containers, images, volumes and networks from your terminal! No need for messy commands.
